■修理お申込みの流れ
① Surface 修理依頼フォームよりお申込み頂きます。
② フォームより修理のお申込み後、概算のお見積りをご返信いたします。
例）修理料金＋配送手数料(2,000円)＋消費税
③ 金額にご了承いただきましたら、Surface を修理に出す前の準備方法（MS公式サイト）をご確認いただいき、デバイスのご準備をお願いいたします。
④ 弊社からご連絡差し上げた修理センター宛に、送料元払いにてお送りください。

・京都から静岡 GSS京都修理センター
・神奈川～北海道 GSS東京修理センター
⑤ 実機を確認後、概算見積でご了承金額以内で修理が完了いたしましたら、宅配便で返送させていただきます。
ご了承金額だけで修理が完了せず、追加で修理料金が必要な場合はご連絡差し上げます。
⑥ NP掛け払いにて、ご請求書をメールにてお送りいたしますのでお支払いをお願いいたします。

GSS offers a range of services tailored to the needs of corporate customers, including: online reception; repair acceptance and return by delivery; overhaul repair using replaceable components, as well as body replacement; and support for invoice payment.

1: You can request a repair using the Surface repair request form.
2: After you have applied for repair using the form, we will reply with a rough estimate.
(e.g.) Repair fee + delivery fee (2,000 yen) + consumption tax
3: If you agree to the price, please prepare your device by checking how to prepare your Surface before sending it for repair (MS official website).
4: Please send the device to the repair centre we have contacted, postage prepaid.

・Kyoto to Shizuoka GSS Kyoto Repair Centre
・Kanagawa to Hokkaido GSS Tokyo Repair Centre
5: After checking the actual machine, if the repair is completed within the estimated cost, we will send it back to you by courier.
If the repair is not completed within the agreed price and additional repair charges are required, we will contact you.
6: We will send you an invoice by email for payment by NP payment.
There is a credit check by Net Protections.
Private business owners with a trade name can also use this service.
